IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS THE CUSTOMER (RECEIVER) TO NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADIN FROM THE TRUCKING COMPANY THE PACKAGE BEING RECEIVED HAS NOTABLE DAMAGE SUCH AS (DESCRIBE THE DAMAGE YOU SEE IN DETAIL AND HAVE THE DRIVER SIGN THE RECEIPT AND KEEP A COPY) Please take multiple digital photos of all sides of the damaged unopened crate or box to help validate your claim.
