If you wish to return an item, it must be returned new, unused, freight pre-paid, and in its original packaging, and receive an RMA # before it can be returned.
Any items returned will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.
You also must include a copy of the invoice or packing list to insure proper credit.
Special order, non-stocked items or any item made to your specifications are not refundable.
