Point 1: I had ordered some things while in another company many years before and got direct and kind service. Point 2: I Google to check if you were around; and I did call several other companies but got the "run around the block" on pricing and details of equipment. After carefully checking your products, they are top notch, as they have always been. Point 3: You are all easy to work with and for the most part you have things available. I realize the VTC200 is not an item that most people would buy so it is natural that it would not always be in stock but the rest of the items are there and you folks also have a good track record for service.
