Returning from the WaxJet 510 XHD is the 500 series' stunning 2900 x 2900 x 1700 DPI print resolution. That's 14,297,000,000 drops of wax per inch, all while using 58% to 60% less wax than similarly classed printers on the market!

This feature is extremely important when it comes to tackling the bane of the modern jeweler's finishing process: grow lines. The more detailed and smooth your initial casting wax is, the less time you'll have to spend trying to salvage a shoddy piece.

With a layer thickness of 15μm (microns) grow lines on patterns produced by WaxJet 530 XHD are nearly invisibly to the naked eye, translating to castings with near glass-like smoothness that require very little post-cast clean up.
