CASTALDO® Gold Label® Natural Rubber features an even higher concentration of pure natural gum rubber than the White Label, offering superior softness and flexibility. This enhanced formulation makes it ideal for intricate molds with undercuts, where a more rigid rubber might damage fragile wax patterns or make production difficult. Experienced mold-makers appreciate how these properties can significantly reduce labor costs.

Gold Label Ready-Cut Natural Rubber is now available in the following packaging:

• Ready-Cut Strips – 5 lb / 2.27 kg per box

These ready-to-use strips are designed to fit most standard mold frames, simplifying the process. The rubber is lined with white cloth (White Label®) or golden-colored cloth (Gold Label®) on one side, and blue plastic on the other, eliminating the need for dust removal and ensuring seamless lamination and vulcanization.

• Ready Cut (Pre-cut): 1-7/8" x 2-7/8", designed with rounded edges to fit popular mold frame sizes.

Vulcanization: 310°F for 15 minutes per 1/4" of mold thickness.
