Do you stock equipment in-house or drop ship it?

Romanoff International stocks and supports the equipment we sell. We maintain the largest inventory of lost wax casting equipment and 3D wax printers in North America, allowing us to provide fast delivery, installation assistance, training, and exceptional after-sales support.

What is your warranty and service process?

All of our lost wax casting equipment and 3D wax jewelry printers include a one-year parts and labor warranty. We also maintain an extensive inventory of spare parts for Indutherm, Yasui, Ultra-Flex, Koras Electropolishing Systems, FlashForge, Vacu-Vest Investment Mixers, CIMO Investment Mixers, Hoffman Steam Machines, and ElettroLaser laser engravers and jewelry welders to ensure prompt service and minimal downtime.

Do you provide phone support and spare parts after the sale?

Yes. Romanoff International provides live technical phone support Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We also stock replacement parts and consumables for the equipment brands we represent.

What are your lead times for machines and consumables?

Because we maintain a large inventory of machinery, consumables, and replacement parts, many products are available for immediate shipment. We stock equipment and supplies for Indutherm, Yasui, Koras Electropolishing Systems, Ultra-Flex, FlashForge, Vacu-Vest Investment Mixers, CIMO Investment Mixers, Hoffman Steam Machines, and ElettroLaser systems. 

Are you an authorized distributor for the brands you sell?

Yes. Romanoff International is the exclusive U.S. distributor of FlashForge 3D Wax Printers and a master reseller for Indutherm, Yasui, Koras Electropolishing Systems, Ultra-Flex, Vacu-Vest Investment Mixers, CIMO Investment Mixers, Hoffman Steam Machines, and ElettroLaser laser engravers and jewelry welders.
