Automatic Vacuum and Overpressure in Melting and Cuvette Chambers

Maintaining the right pressure in the melting chamber is crucial for degassing the metal and preventing unwanted oxidation, which is particularly vital when melting copper-containing alloys. By creating a vacuum in the cuvette chamber, mold filling is enhanced, especially for delicate parts, and air pockets are minimized. Additionally, the system shifts to overpressure in the melting chamber, thereby increasing the pressure differential.

Reducing Oxidation After Casting

 This specialized system mitigates the risk of oxidation during the cooling of the cuvette.

Vibration technology for better casting results

Turbulence Reduction Software (TRS)

TRS facilitates a faster and more consistent metal flow, enhancing mold filling. It also prevents critical parts of the plaster mold from breaking off and becoming trapped in the casting.
