A heavy-duty vacuum table and a heavy-duty Vacuum casting machine in one unit. 220V/1-phase. The Romanoff Investo-Vac Casting Machine has a built in 21CFM heavy-duty oil vacuum pump. The investing side rubber mat working area measures 20" x 20" and is available up to 25" x 25". The bell jar is raised and lowered by the over head boom/pulley, the attached counter weight makes the heavy bell jar go up and down with ease.The bell jar measures approximately 16-1/4" (ID) x 19.5" (OD) x 7.25" inside side wall height x 14" inside center height. The investing side will begin vacuuming after the second left sided foot pedal is pressed.

The vacuum casting machine side has flask adapter spacer rings to accept standard 4" diameter flasks up to 10" length with ring and when the spacer ring is removed the maximum flask diameter is increased to 6" x 9" height.

The system has a double vacuum chamber to give the operator maximum vacuum pull for vacuum casting. The first vacuum chamber will begin building vacuum pressure after the vacuum pump has been turned on by pressing the foot pedal. As the vacuum gauge reaches it's desired vacuum pressure the operator will step on the pedal a second time to open the mechanical solenoid and allow the machine to has a fast and hard vacuum pull on the flask as the metal is being gravity poured into the steel flask.
