Advanced Temperature Control

The Romanoff Heavy-Duty Programmable Furnaces feature a built-in cdomputerized temperature controller, allowing precise management of heating and cooling processes. The programmable controller supports up to six segments or “ramps” per program, with settings for temperature (in Fahrenheit or Celsius) and hold times. A delayed start option is also available for flexible operation.

User-Friendly Interface

These furnaces come with a touch-screen keypad for ease of use. Each furnace can store up to 12 programs, with the first program accommodating up to 32 segments (e.g., ramp up, hold temperature, ramp up, etc.). Programs 2 through 9 can hold up to 10 segments each, allowing for extensive customization to meet various operational needs.

Built-In and Custom Programs

Each furnace includes three pre-programmed, easy-to-use cycles: platinum (high-temperature), gold (low-temperature), and resin burnout. Additionally, users can customize and create their own programs to suit specific requirements.

Durable Construction

The furnace boasts a stainless steel body, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion from phosphate-bonded binder investments. The heating elements are mounted in open grooves, making maintenance and replacement straightforward and efficient.
