Satin Finish Wheels are fiber web buffs used to generate and achieve an attractive satin finish brushed effect on metals. They are used to produce a soft surface finish on the background of bright polished parts to give a two-tone effect. The wheel can be used to produce enhanced effects as well as light deburring, cleaning, or surface preparation of metal parts.

The wheel is made of loose aluminum oxide discs and has a leather center reinforced with stitching, which can be mounted directly on a tapered spindle. The wheel must be used dry and will easily conform to a variety of surface contours.
