St. Louis 2000 XXL - 22 Kg Investment Mixer

The most important feature of this unit is that you are mixing and pouring investment under a controlled vacuum environment.

Now you can automatically mix and pour your gold investment under vacuum with the St. Louis Investment Mixer. This is a real time saver as you will not have separate mixing, pouring and vacuuming operations. Since it is user friendly, anyone can be trained in a few minutes to operate this unit.

This industrial machine is for heavy duty use capable of preparing 22kg of investment powder for each single investing process. Due to a heavy weight of the mixing container filled with powder, the unit is supplied with a side metal cabinet with rollers and digital scale for the easy transfer of the mixing container in it's working position. Optional 100 cbm/h vacuum pump supplied, voltage: 380V 3 Phase. This fabulous unit will reduce casting rejects and produce bubble free castings

• Place your flasks in the enclosed flask chamber under the investment mixing chamber
• Using the built in digital scale, fill up a bowl or bucket of how much investment you will need for the quantity of flasks you wish to invest
• Then type in the investment powder weight into the computer
• Program into the St. Louis 2000 XXL's computer the mixing ratio of powder to water the investment manufacturer recommends for the type of investment you are using
• Then manually operate the fill up water valve
• You can control the mixing process such as vacuum pressure, vibration strength, mixing times, mixing speeds, blade rotation and more
• Then load the powder into the mixing chamber and the machine then add the correct amount of water needed based on the mix ratio
• During the mixing process, turn on the vacuum
• After the mixing cycle is completed, the operator will manually pour the investment slurry into each flask while under vacuum with vibration
• After the flasks have been removed, the unit will perform a cleaning cycle of the investment
