IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY THROUGH RFID TECHNOLOGY

The new Yasui mold clamp system uses RFID Technology (Radio Frequency Identification) to program small micro chips that are embedded into the rubber molds. Because the operator no longer has to manually program the clamping system, the automatic reader system increases wax model productivity. It's as easy as just waving the rubber mold over the reader. This new technology allows the operator to program the correct parameters for each specific mold; including mold clamping and forward pressure, hold and vacuum time, and primary and secondary injection time.
