Their Variable Power Heating System automatically maintains set temperatures throughout their burnout cycles with the utmost precision. Unlimited program slots with multiple ramps and holds, Yasui RBF’s allow you to create tailored burnout cycles for each of your casting application.

Key Features

• After Burner System: Virtually eliminates noxious smells and fumes associated with antiquated gas and tabletop electric furnaces, reaching up to temperatures above 2000 degrees Fahrenheit.

• Flask Recall System: Automatically bring forward the required flask that is typed into the control panel. Having a narrow door design will significantly reduce heat loss while the furnace door is open.

• Advanced Insulation System: Contains the heat associated with burnout cycles and still maintains an exterior surface temperature that is cool to the touch.

• Built-In Dewaxing Feature: Removes injection wax prior to ramping up the furnace temperatures.
