• Exceptional Dimensional Stability: Featuring a coordinated 1.1% volume shrinkage and optimized compensation parameters, this material ensures dimensional accuracy is strictly controlled within ±0.04mm/20mm.
• Hands-free Support Removal: The support material is 100% pure wax and completely soluble in a mixed solvent of anhydrous alcohol, isopropanol, and PPG400 at 43°C. This eliminates the risk of manual breakage during cleaning.
• Reliable Thermal Stability: When stored unopened at room temperature, the material maintains a shelf life of approximately 5 years. Once opened, it remains stable for roughly 20 days of active service life.
