Indutherm VTC Series: Versatile Vacuum Pressure Casting

The VTC 100 V – VTC 800 V are exceptionally versatile casting machines designed to handle a vast range of materials, from standard precious metals to high-temperature and highly reactive alloys.

By combining a dual-chamber differential pressure system with a 90° tilting mechanism, the VTC series overcomes the traditional limitations of vertical casting, allowing for the use of more durable, cost-effective crucibles even for difficult materials like steel, palladium, and platinum (up to 2,000° C).

Advanced Technical Capabilities

• New Sweep Mode Vibration System: Utilizes variable frequencies to achieve perfect results in Platinum (Pt) and Palladium (Pd). This eliminates the need for sensitive centrifugal mechanisms while ensuring superior mold filling and density.
• Differential Pressure & Tilting: The entire melting-casting unit rotates 90° for the pour. The flask is automatically pressed against the chamber, allowing for an immediate switch to overpressure to ensure fine detail and eliminate air pockets.
• Reactive Metal Support (Ti Version): Available for all VTC models, the "Ti" upgrade features reconstructed valves and seals to achieve a vacuum of 10-7 bar. This makes it an economic solution for casting Titanium and other highly reactive metals like copper beryllium.
• Modern Generator & LCD Control: A new generation of control systems allows every parameter—including the specific tilting speed—to be programmed and saved for 100% consistency across production runs.
