The VTC Series represents the next generation of versatile casting, engineered to handle everything from standard precious metals to high-temperature alloys like steel, palladium, and platinum (up to 2000°C). By combining a dual-chamber differential pressure system with a precision tilting mechanism, the VTC series eliminates the limitations of traditional casting machines.

Advanced Sweep Mode Vibration Technology

Achieve perfect results in Platinum (Pt) and Palladium (Pd) without the need for elaborate centrifugal mechanisms. The VTC series utilizes Sweep Mode Vibration—a sophisticated system working with variable frequencies and vacuum/pressure control to ensure high-density castings and flawless surface quality.

Key Engineering Benefits

• Tilting Mechanism: By rotating the entire melting-casting unit by 90°, the system allows for the use of economically priced graphite or ceramic crucibles with extended service lives.
• Differential Pressure System: Automatically presses the flask against the melting chamber, allowing for a seamless switch to overpressure during the pour for superior mold filling.
• LCD Generator Control: A new generation of control systems with a clear LCD display allows every parameter—including variable tilting speed—to be saved for consistent, recurring results.
• Dual-Chamber Vacuum: Prevents oxidation during melting and eliminates air pockets in the mold by vacuuming both the melting and casting chambers simultaneously.
