Dual-Stage Operation
This system utilizes a high-pressure water jet interface to handle two distinct tasks simultaneously:
1. Unbedding & Flask Recovery
The casting tree is unbedded from the flask while the investment compound is stripped away using an adjustable circular jet nozzle operating at 60 - 95 bars of pressure.
2. Casting Tree Deep-Clean
Remaining investment is removed from the casting tree via three movable jets operating at 95 bars. The pressure is fully adjustable to suit the fragility of your specific metal or stone settings.
