The Yasui K3 UP is a high-performance vacuum pressure casting machine engineered to provide a complete vacuum atmosphere for flawless results. Designed to accommodate large gold flask capacities, it combines advanced induction heating with an "OXY-Free" aftermode to eliminate oxidation and minimize metal loss during the casting process.

The K3 UP is engineered to create compact, high-density castings by utilizing a secure gas-cylinder flask elevation system for airtight sealing.

- Optimized Atmosphere: Uses Argon gas for de-gasing and filling to ensure oxide-free results.
- Flask Capacity: Accommodates standard 5.0 x 9.0 inch (125 x 230 mm) flasks with a maximum casting weight of 600.0g in 18KT gold.
- Oscillation Power: Driven by a 4.0 kW system designed for consistent, high-quality results in small to medium batches.
Safety and System Integrity
The K3 UP features a self-diagnosis system via its P.I.D. controller to monitor machine health and ensure process stability. For cooling, the unit utilizes a direct tap water cooling system (minimum 3.0 L/min) to maintain optimal operating temperatures between 70.0-75.0°F. Built for durability, the 185.0 kg unit is supported by a high-performance 11.0 cfm vacuum pump to handle rigorous production cycles. For facilities utilizing 220V power, a step-up transformer is available to ensure the 5.5 KVA power source operates at peak efficiency.
