Vacuum-Controlled Melting & Rapid Workflow
Stay in control with a high-quality LCD display designed for intuitive programming. This unit is engineered for efficiency, allowing you to move from wax piece to finished casting in record time:
- Fast Speed: 5 minute casting cycles
- Cost-Efficient: Reduced consumption of materials leads to significant long-term savings.
Key Benefits:
- Enhanced Mold Filling: Perfect for highly filigree and delicate parts.
- Superior Metal Quality: Prevents porosity and ensures a finer grain structure.
- Increased Density: Provides greater and more constant density throughout the piece.
- Better Workability: Parts exhibit measurably higher elasticity, significantly increasing the scope for further processing.
- A Reliable Alternative: A compelling, robust alternative to delicate centrifugal systems, especially when working with Platinum or Palladium.
The MC 16 delivers fast, efficient melting through induction heating, which also creates a natural stirring action in the molten metal. This stirring effect helps mix the alloy evenly, giving you a more homogeneous melt and more repeatable casting performance.
When casting gold and silver, the thermocouple measures temperature directly inside the metal, allowing for highly accurate control without unnecessary overheating. Keeping the melt at the proper temperature helps reduce shrinkage porosity and promotes dense, high-quality castings.
During casting, argon gas generates overpressure to push the metal into the mold quickly and consistently. The result is strong flask fill, sharp detail, and dependable casting quality.
