Maximum Throughput: Overlapping Casting
The VC series utilizes separate locking systems for the melting and cuvette chambers to eliminate idle time:
- Independent Mechanisms: The cuvette can remain under a protected vacuum for several minutes post-pour to ensure proper solidification.
- Parallel Processing: While the previous cuvette cools, the next batch of metal can be filled and heated simultaneously, significantly increasing daily throughput.
- Pneumatic Sealing: All systems feature pneumatic bell locks, with the VC 650 V and VC 680 V offering fully automatic locking for maximum safety.
